Todd Moss is chair of the IEA Global Advisory Board and Executive Director of the Energy for Growth Hub. He is a Nonresident Fellow at the Center for Energy Studies at Rice University’s Baker Institute and at the Payne Institute at the Colorado School of Mines. Todd previously served as U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State and has worked at Georgetown University, the London School of Economics, the Center for Global Development, and the World Bank. He is the author of African Development: Making Sense of the Issues and Actors and Oil to Cash: Fighting the Resource Curse with Cash Transfers. His PhD is from the University of London’s SOAS and his BA is from Tufts University.
