The Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA Ghana) is seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director to lead the Institute into its next phase of growth.
The successful candidate will provide intellectual leadership for research and policy engagement, represent IEA Ghana at national and international levels, lead a high-performing team, drive fundraising and donor relations, and work closely with the Board to achieve the Institute’s goals.
